Discover how to use our transport booking platform
How to make a booking
Search for a trip
Go to the 'Booking' page, select your departure city, destination and desired date. Click 'Search' to see available trips.
Choose your route
Browse the results, check times and prices. Select the number of passengers and click 'Add to cart'.
Check your cart
Review your booking summary in the cart. You can add multiple trips or remove items. Click 'Proceed to payment' when ready.
Sign in or continue as guest
Log in to your account if you have one, create a new one to track your bookings, or continue as a guest for a quick booking.
Fill in your information
Enter your contact details (first name, last name, email, phone). This information is necessary for your booking confirmation.
Pay securely
Choose your payment method (credit card via Stripe). Your information is secure. Confirm your payment.
Receive your confirmation
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your PDF ticket. Keep this document for your trip!
How to create an account
Creating an account allows you to track all your bookings, save time on future orders and benefit from exclusive advantages.
Access registration
Click on 'Login' in the menu then on 'Sign up' or 'Create account'.
Fill out the form
Enter your information: first name, last name, email, phone number and a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
Validate your registration
Click on 'Sign up'. You will receive a welcome email and be automatically logged in.
Complete your profile
Once logged in, go to 'My account' to complete your personal information and preferences.

How to manage your user interface
Your personal space allows you to easily manage all your bookings and information.
Dashboard
After logging in, go to 'My account' to see an overview of your upcoming trips and history. The dashboard displays your statistics and next departures.
My profile
In 'My profile', you can modify your personal information: first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth and address. Don't forget to click 'Save' after each modification.
My bookings
View all your bookings sorted by category: Upcoming, Past, Cancelled. Click 'View details' to display the complete ticket, download the PDF or cancel a booking.
Settings
In 'Settings', you can change your password. For your security, use a unique and complex password with at least 8 characters.
Cancel a booking
To cancel, go to 'My bookings', click 'Cancel' on the relevant booking. Confirm the cancellation. The refund depends on the cancellation period (see policy below).
Cancellation policy
- More than 48h before departure: 100% refund
- Between 24h and 48h before: 50% refund
- Between 2h and 24h before: 25% refund
- Less than 2h before: No refund
Refunds are automatic and processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Frequently asked questions
No, you can book as a guest. However, an account allows you to track your bookings and save time.
Currently, modifications are not possible online. Cancel your booking and create a new one, or contact us.
Your PDF ticket is sent immediately by email after payment confirmation. Also check your spam folder.
Yes, you can travel with one checked bag (max 20kg) and one carry-on. For additional luggage, contact us.
Contact us immediately. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer you another time.
After cancellation, the refund is automatic. The amount depends on the period and will be credited within 5-10 business days.
